‘Kirklees Diversity = Innovation Network‘

: Over the past few years Hugh has been working with and supporting diversity champions to defend the rights of employees in organisations across Kirklees. The latest development in this work was the launch of a new Diversity Charter in May (click here for more information https://kirkleesdiversityinnovationnetwork.wordpress.com/the-charter-and-how-to-join/) 

To date the Charter supports more than 50,000 employees in our local area, having been signed by organisations including Kirklees Council, Huddersfield University, Huddersfield Athletic Football Club, West Yorkshire Police, Cummins and Syngenta. This is just the start and Hugh’s group is now using the Charter as a platform to create much more caring and supportive local workplaces for all staff.
